michigan, here i come.

random thought-i think i'm starting to get a cold. :/

okay! so wow. like i say all the time it seems like, my summer has been busy. and i haven't even gone anywhere? hah. but it's still been a BLAST so far. to catch up of course?

thursday- me, mere, jenn, sarah & bethany went to lake hickory with mere's dad. she has the coolest boat ever.. and this is my third? i think, time wakeboardig. i did reallyyy good :) i got out of the wake! lord i love it so much. we had such a great timeee. jamming to boom boom pow on the boat. b/c jay loves that song so much. haha. it was a blast. that night i spent the night at mere's, what's new? her house is like a second home to me lately.

friday-woke up at mere's, hung out. then my mom came and got me. jenn picked me up later on, and we headed BACCKK to meredith's for a pool party.. it was funn. ;) haha. we all spent the night, and i wasn't feeling too good later on. so i went to bed early.

saturday-my dad picked me up. then i went out to eat & to get a pedicure with my mom. i drove. we didn't get in that many fights. hah. i went through some OLD pictures today, and put alot of them on my myspace. it brought back some amazing memories, to be honest. then i packed for michigan and stuff.

which brings me, to say. my uncle, my dad's sister's husband, died yesterday at like 5:30. he was in a lot of pain, and i know that he is in a much much better place now. he has been battling diseases, including cancer, for a while now, and i know it was time for him to go. he was too young, and we will miss him so much. i wasn't as close to him as some of my relatives, but i will always remember the great times i did have with him. <3

so, tomorrow, we are heading up to michigan, (ELEVEN HOUR DRIVE :|) and the funeral is on monday, and then tuesday we'll head home. i know it will be quite a depressing trip, but i can't complain. there are others in alot worse of a situation than me right now, including my aunt & cousins. i feel so bad for them.

i was telling my mom & dad the other day recently..i have done ALOT of traveling in the past few years just for funerals. i hate it. it's like, oh yay you get to see everyone, but NOT in a good circumstance at all.

on a MUCH MUCH lighter note, friday of next week, i leave for west virginia with AMYYY :D i know its not that much of an exciting place, but me and amy will make it funnn. we'll be there for the fourth of july, & that will be interestinggg. i'm sure it will be a blast.
then, in later july, i'm going to charleston, SC with ashley & my family. which will be amazing also.
so july is going to be a very very busy month. but a fun one. i'm excited, & i'll keep blogging throughout it of course.

write when i can, probably not until we get home.
